My account

  • In the Tamaris online shop you will find everything for your look from foot to head – shoes, clothing and accessories. You can filter by style, size or colour and order your favourites quickly and conveniently at home. This makes shopping easy, inspiring and perfectly tailored to your personal style.

  • Click on Log in in the top right-hand corner and select Register. There you can create your personal customer account and enter your billing and delivery address. Once you have registered, you can start shopping and managing your orders straight away.

  • With your personal Tamaris account, you can order faster and keep an eye on everything:

    -save billing and delivery addresses

    -save payment methods for your next purchase

    -Overview of all orders and their status

    -Order tracking

    -Manage newsletters easily

    Of course, you can also order as a guest at any time.

  • Click on ‘Forgot your password?’ in the ‘Log in’ section. Enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password. Once you have logged in, you can change your new password at any time in your customer account under ‘Personal data’.

  • You will find the country selection at the bottom right in the footer of every page. There you can switch between all available languages and country stores.

  • Yes, the Tamaris newsletter keeps you informed about new products, promotions and trends. You can sign up directly using the field at the bottom of our website or, if you have a customer account, via ‘My personal details’. To unsubscribe, either use the link in each newsletter or go to ‘My personal details’ in your customer account and unsubscribe there.

  • Select your favourite item in the appropriate colour and size and add it to your shopping basket. Click on the ‘Checkout’ button to start the ordering process, enter your delivery and billing address, select the shipping method and your preferred payment method. You can conveniently order with or without a customer account. Before you submit your order, you have the opportunity to review all the details. Click on ‘Buy now’ to confirm your order.

  • Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept orders by e-mail, letter or fax. The easiest way is via our online store - there you can place your order quickly and conveniently.

  • You can add further delivery addresses in your account under "My addresses". To do this, click on "Create new address".

    Alternatively, you can enter a different delivery address during the ordering process - this will be automatically saved in your account if you are registered.

  • As soon as you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail with all the details of your order.

    If you have a customer account, you can track the status of your order at any time under "My orders".

    If you order as a guest, you can track your order as soon as we have sent you the shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

  • Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to make changes once the order has been sent. You can cancel the order as long as your package has not yet been packed in the warehouse and handed over to the shipping service provider.

Payment, vouchers & codes

Shipping & Delivery

  • We will deliver your order conveniently to your home via An Post.

  • After completing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This contains all important details such as billing and delivery address, selected shipping and payment method as well as the total amount. With this e-mail we confirm that your order has been successfully received.

  • Please check the shipment status in your shipping confirmation first. If the parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service.

  • As a registered customer, you can view the shipping status of your order at any time under "My orders" in your account. Note: Parcel tracking is not displayed immediately after the order is received.

Return & refund

  • Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. Please ensure that the goods are unworn and in their original condition. Use your preferred shipping method for the return and keep the proof of postage in a safe place. Please note: Online orders from tamaris.co.uk cannot be returned or exchanged in Tamaris stores or shops.

  • Yes, you are responsible for the costs of returning the item. You can use any shipping method you prefer. Please keep the proof of postage in a safe place – this will protect you in case of any queries.

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price using the payment method you used to pay: - PayPal: Credit to your PayPal account - Credit card: Credit to your credit card account

  • After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount:

    - Bank account: up to 5 working days

    - Credit card: up to 10 working days (the credit may only appear on the next credit card statement)

  • We are sorry that your item arrived damaged. Please send it back to us – we will of course cover the cost of the return shipment. Please contact our customer service team so that we can explain the next steps and, if necessary, provide you with a return label or refund the shipping costs. If you would like to exchange the item, please note this on the return slip. Please note that the costs for returning an item in exchange are borne by the customer.
